Rules of the house

City tax is 1,5 euro for those over 14 and for 8 consecutive days, to be paid at check-in in cash.

 WE TRY TO BE AS FLEXIBLE AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE WHAT WE WANT IS EVERYONE TO ENJOY THEIR EXPERIENCE …HOWEVER.  

Keys of the apartment, and of the main entrance, and of your room will be given to you at check-in.  In case of loss, the cost of replacement is 200,00 euros insofar as door to the apartment is a security door for your safety and the door lock will have to be changed and replaced.

The parking card for the road in front of Il Genovino has a daily cost of 5,00 euros.  The loss or non restitution of the card is of 20 euros.  A caution of 20,00 euros  will be asked at your arrival as a deposit and given back at check out.

We are sorry but animals are not allowed.

Check in begins after 14:30.  If you would like to check in before, a communication via e -mail is needed to agree on time.

Check out is before 10 AM.

An area inside inside the apartment has been thought for bag deposit , but we decline all responsibility for baggage left in the communal zone.

Cleaning is done daily.  Towels and linen will be changed every three days.  We ask you to kindly leave on floor only the dirty towels , that will be promptly changed.

Since the entrance door is of communal use, it is forbidden to leave the key inside the lock in the inside, which would make impossible for other guests or us the  entrance to il Genovino.

Guests inside the room that not registered to that room are not allowed.

Alcohol, drugs are not allowed  to be bought or consumed in the rooms.  Smoking is forbidden.  This rule is due to our wish to protect those who do not smoke  and also those that will come after, and also due to the fire laws of the building.

Food and beverages can not be consumed inside the rooms, the eventual cleaning will be added to your account.

Care for the house as it would be yours…..

Music and television at low volume so as to not disturb the neighbour.  Furthermore, in accordance with the laws of the local police, please observe silence between 14.00pm and 16.00 pm and from 22.00 pm to 8.00 am

Do not leave windows open or the air conditioning on when not in the room.

We ask kindly to check after using the bathroom that all faucets are correctly closed and to turn off the lights if not in the room .  

Please do not throw in the toilet or sinks objects that would clog up the bathroom. Any damage to the structure, once accepted  by the party,  will  have to be compensated to the owner of the structure.

Cancellation Policy.  We  require a 14 days cancellation notice  and up to seven days prior to your scheduled arrival date   In such case you will be reimbursed.( according to the tariff plan that was acquired ) We also give the possibility to change the reservation with communication six month prior to the reservation or  eventuale cancellation and compatible with the availability of the structure.

For any cancellation  made within  the six days prior to arrival and until the arrival date, a penalty will be applied of 70% of the amount of the reservation and debited to the account.
